Provides technical support for Imprivata products, diagnosing and resolving complex software issues in networked and virtualized environments. Troubleshoots customer configurations, reproduces issues, manages support cases and SLAs in Salesforce, escalates product defects, creates knowledge articles, and delivers peer training. The role includes rotating after-hours coverage, cross-functional collaboration, customer confidentiality, and occasional onsite travel.
