Own the end-to-end design of GrantOS, Instrumentl’s foundational platform spanning data, permissions, integrations, core workflows, and enterprise surfaces. Define system-wide interaction patterns, lead zero-to-one product discovery, conduct user research, influence product and engineering direction, and coach other designers. The role requires designing complex B2B SaaS platforms and agentic or AI-powered product experiences.

The Senior Product Designer will lead design for the Manage product area, focusing on creating intuitive, data-rich workflows and interfaces for grant professionals. Responsibilities include user research, designing financial dashboards, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and integrating AI features. Requires 7+ years of product design experience, particularly in B2B SaaS and data-heavy systems, alongside strong Figma skills and exceptional communicator capabilities.

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will build and improve products, create user interfaces and APIs, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the customer experience.

Build and ship production AI features (LLM agents, tool/function calling, RAG pipelines) and reliable backend services. Implement observability, tests, rollback/fallbacks, and evaluation to keep models grounded, safe, and cost-effective. Collaborate with product, design, and GTM; run experiments and raise engineering standards.

Own the quote-to-cash process: review and approve order forms, lead complex deals and renewals, configure CPQ/CRM rules, manage Stripe billing, partner with AEs and CS, coordinate with outside counsel, build templates and playbooks, and ensure clean accounting and month-end reconciliations.
