Manages strategic customer relationships for Insurity’s SaaS insurance products, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities include onboarding, business reviews, adoption, satisfaction and churn monitoring, escalations, contract compliance, billing accuracy, renewals, upselling, presentations, and customer KPI analysis. The role also manages medium-complexity enhancements, change requests, statements of work, continuous improvement, and team mentorship. Requires customer success experience in SaaS or insurance, national-account experience, strong communication, digital literacy, and less than 10% travel.

Leads business analysis for complex customer integration projects, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, system design, configuration, testing, UAT, training, estimation, and client advising. Partners with customers, integration teams, and internal stakeholders throughout implementation. Supports pre-sales and RFP activities, mentors analysts, reinforces business analysis methodologies, and contributes to process improvement.
