Lead owner-side execution of natural gas-fired power generation and energy infrastructure projects from development through commissioning and operations. Manage EPC contractors, budgets, schedules, risk registers, technical reviews, QA/QC, permitting and safety compliance. Align stakeholders, drive project controls and reporting, support commissioning/startup and turnover to operations, and ensure delivery of reciprocating engine plants, gas turbine facilities, substations, BESS, and data center power infrastructure.

Lead technical design and optimization of energy storage systems. Collaborate across teams to ensure projects meet expectations and support energy storage PPA negotiations, while also enhancing engineering standards and tools.

Lead design and technical oversight of high-voltage and medium-voltage systems across renewable energy projects, ensuring efficient project delivery and ongoing technical support.

Responsible for financial settlements, reconciling transactions, analyzing settlement data, improving workflows, and collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and support decision-making.

As a BESS Engineer, you will design, optimize, and deliver utility-scale battery energy storage systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support power generation and grid integration projects.
