Design electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings using AutoCAD/Revit. Prepare layouts, single-line diagrams, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, wiring and panel schedules. Produce calculations, specifications, reports, and shop drawing reviews. Ensure code and ASHRAE/LEED compliance, attend client/consultant meetings, resolve technical issues, and support project deliverables to deadlines.

Design and manage mechanical building systems for ICI projects: perform load calculations, equipment selection, contract documents, shop drawing review, ensure code and LEED/ASHRAE compliance, coordinate with clients and contractors, and oversee projects through construction.
