Customer-facing implementation engineer responsible for onboarding, configuring, training, and supporting pipeline integrity SaaS customers. Manage projects, data loading, model execution, reporting, and customer relationships. Design and evolve scalable database architectures and data models for pipeline integrity datasets. Serve as technical bridge between pipeline operators and the AIP platform: lead discovery, map and migrate ILI/GIS/corrosion datasets, write and validate SQL/ETL, configure platform modules, deliver training, troubleshoot integrations, and drive on-site implementation and QA.

Lead and manage multiple customer implementation projects for Irth's platform, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams, manage risks, scope changes, resources, project financials, escalations, and stakeholder communications while maintaining SOPs and repeatable project methodologies to drive successful deployments and adoption.

Develop and maintain a SaaS platform: design, build, deploy features; participate in architecture and technical decisions; ensure quality, performance and stability; perform code reviews; contribute to CI/CD and use AI tools to improve productivity and innovation.
