Leads the full delivery lifecycle for global Workday implementation programs, from pre-sales and solution scoping through implementation and handover to application management services. Manages project planning, resourcing, milestones, budgets, contracts, client relationships, requirements, configuration, testing, go-live, and customer satisfaction.
