Manage full-cycle accounts payable and credit card transactions: review and post invoices, reconcile vendor statements, process payments, support cardholder onboarding and compliance, assist with fraud procedures, collect and code receipts, and support month-end closing and accruals.

Manage month- and year-end reconciliations, payroll analysis and JE posting, PST filings, equipment administration and reporting, prepare job cost and equipment revenue summaries, oversee Intermediate Accountant, and support asset, registration, and intercompany rental processes.

Lead full-cycle accounting and financial reporting, provide operational analysis to optimize profitability, manage AR/AP and payroll staff, prepare and present operating results, maintain asset schedules and electronic records, oversee equipment audits and insurance, and support pricing, costing, and year-end working papers.

Provide Tier 2 system administration and escalation support across hardware, software, networking and cloud. Own ticket resolution, root cause analysis, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, AD and Group Policy management, patching and vulnerability remediation. Support multi-site connectivity (VPN/WAN/wireless), MDM (Intune), endpoint/server/cloud security, and assist on infrastructure projects while participating in on-call rotation and travel to remote sites.

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for internal business applications, resolve complex issues using logs and database queries, improve system workflows and reporting (SQL/BI/Excel), manage data lifecycle and integrity, document processes, support UAT and training, and drive automation and process improvements across Finance, Operations, and Field teams.

Design, build, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using Vue.js and Flutter. Develop backend services with Node.js, Supabase, and Firebase, integrate with MS SQL and PostgreSQL, implement APIs and secure authentication, optimize performance, participate in testing and CI/CD workflows, support mobile build processes, manage source control in GitHub, and document solutions while collaborating with business and IT teams.
