Performs full-cycle accounts payable for multiple business units, including invoice review, coding, posting, vendor statement reconciliation, cheque and electronic payments, credit card reconciliation, and month-end support. Enters fuel, intercompany, and high-volume invoice data into Explorer Eclipse; maintains vendor records and financial files; communicates with vendors and field personnel; prepares reports and assists with accounts receivable duties as assigned.

Lead full-cycle accounting and financial reporting, manage accounting staff, analyze operational performance and margins, maintain financial records and fixed asset schedules, oversee equipment audits and insurance, and present operating results to managers.

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for internal business applications, resolve complex issues using logs and database queries, improve system workflows and reporting (SQL/BI/Excel), manage data lifecycle and integrity, document processes, support UAT and training, and drive automation and process improvements across Finance, Operations, and Field teams.

Performs general manual labour, maintains clean and safe shop and yard areas, mows grass, shovels snow, manages burnable waste, cleans wash bays, fuels equipment, and shuttles vehicles for repairs. The role supports highway and bridge maintenance operations, requires day/night shift flexibility and on-call availability, and is based in Wabasca, Alberta.
