Develop and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications, REST APIs, backend services, and React interfaces. Reviews plan provisions for compliance with Canadian legislation, configures pension administration systems, validates documentation, supports developers, develops calculation test strategies, reviews regression testing, improves calculation tools and procedures, and contributes pension expertise to organizational projects. Requires strong Canadian pension knowledge, actuarial expertise, bilingual communication skills, and advanced analytical abilities.

Conducts moderated and unmoderated user research for Canadian public sector projects, including interviews, surveys, diary studies, usability, accessibility, card sorting, and tree-jacking. The researcher scopes and executes studies, analyzes findings, produces reports and presentations, and provides recommendations for information architecture, content, interface, and service design. The role also contributes insights to design systems and research repositories while applying ethical, privacy, accessibility, and inclusive practices in Agile teams.

Design accessible, user-friendly digital products and services for Canadian public sector projects. Create wireframes, prototypes, interfaces, reusable components, design-system contributions, and annotated specifications for development handoff. Support user research, personas, usability testing, iterative feedback, accessibility compliance, and visual brand guidelines. Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams, lead or participate in design critiques, communicate strategic alignment, and present evidence-based recommendations. The role requires more than 10 years of UX experience and familiarity with AI, specifically Claude Code.

Build and deploy production-ready generative AI and agentic systems, including RAG, orchestration, tool integrations, evaluation frameworks, and application infrastructure. Partner with enterprise stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, design trustworthy solutions within security and governance constraints, and manage systems through production adoption and iteration. Communicate architecture, cost, and delivery trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
