Build case management capabilities, APIs, automated tests, and scalable services. Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams, contribute to architecture and operational excellence, participate in code reviews, and mentor team members. Candidates must reside in Canada.

Build and deploy enterprise automation and AI solutions across business systems, data platforms, and IT environments. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, integrate platforms and APIs, test and monitor production solutions, and support adoption through documentation and training. The role requires hands-on coding, AI workflow experience, process analysis, and the ability to translate business needs into secure, practical technical solutions.

Leads the strategy, security, governance, operations, reliability, and financial management of the company’s cloud platform and shared engineering services. Builds and manages cloud and platform engineering teams, drives AWS and private-cloud capabilities, supports compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, oversees FinOps and vendor relationships, enables AI adoption, and improves developer experience through scalable self-service tooling and operational excellence.

Lead UX strategy and vision for AI and agentic experiences across products. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and design leaders to shape roadmaps, interaction models, workflows, and cross-platform initiatives. Establish UX standards, promote accessibility and usability, guide research, define success metrics, advocate for customers, and mentor designers. Influence strategic and executive decisions while designing trustworthy, transparent, and effective enterprise experiences.

Develop and ship high-quality software for the Graykey platform, including new features, bug fixes, and technical debt remediation. Collaborate with Design and QA teams to improve user experiences and automated UI testing. The role requires Python development, Git proficiency, Linux familiarity, strong technical problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning. Candidates must reside in Canada.

Lead design and implement deep mobile platform integrations (primarily iOS) across the Graykey product. Debug across layers (Python, native C/C++, OS userspace and kernel), analyze crash dumps and disassembled binaries, drive features from design through production, mentor engineers, and collaborate with firmware and product teams to ensure reliable multi‑device, multi‑OS operation.

The Vulnerability Researcher will be responsible for developing and enhancing digital forensic software, contributing to innovative solutions for digital investigations, and demonstrating commitment to team goals and customer needs.
