Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Canadian Payroll and related modules. Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to assess requirements, coordinate testing, deliver enhancements, provide Tier 2 support, audit data, monitor releases, and manage the Workday payroll backlog. Develop training and documentation while ensuring payroll accuracy, data integrity, security, privacy, legislative compliance, and collective agreement requirements.

Lead and grow the cybersecurity operations function, oversee threat detection, monitoring and incident response, drive enterprise security initiatives, partner with business and technology leaders, ensure compliance with frameworks and regulatory requirements, and foster security awareness and continuous improvement.

Lead brand strategy and campaign development across Medavie's house of brands. Collaborate cross-functionally and with agencies to design multi-channel campaigns, guide digital content strategy, analyze market and consumer insights, maintain brand integrity, and support sponsorships, activations, and brand governance.
