Manage a portfolio of 20–40 startup clients, owning accurate and timely month-end close and financial reporting. Review and issue monthly financials, train and manage preparers, maintain client communications, and clean or establish books for new clients. The role requires autonomy, organization, systems thinking, and close collaboration with founders while improving processes and maintaining strong client margins.

Build full‑stack web features from zero to one, integrate with third‑party APIs, design and manage state machines for financial workflows, own features through launch and post‑launch customer iteration, and maintain high code quality and accountability.
