Develop, integrate and maintain the overall shutdown schedule for complex turnarounds. Track progress, identify critical path, resource level and optimize schedules. Produce forecasts, S-curves, reporting templates, and ensure work packs, PO follow-ups and correct work-order coding for shutdown execution.

Leads accounting and financial reporting for more than 10 companies, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, reconciliations, compliance reporting, audits, internal controls, and financial analysis. Manages and develops the Financial Reporting team, presents results to senior leadership, supports accounting research and complex transactions, and leads the transition from SAP Business One to NetSuite.
