Design clear, accessible, responsive software experiences from user research and workflow analysis through implementation and review. Create flows, prototypes, interfaces, content, and edge-case behaviors in Figma; collaborate with product, engineering, and technology leadership; work within an existing design system; explain tradeoffs; review shipped implementations; and learn from real user behavior. Candidates may be junior through senior, with increasing ownership based on experience.

Own software product work from problem definition through launch and follow-up. Prioritize user and business needs, define scope and success measures, collaborate with design and engineering, manage stakeholder requirements, support testing and release readiness, communicate launches, and use post-launch data and feedback to guide improvements. This is a hands-on, fully remote individual contributor role supporting education technology products.
