Lead design and optimization of end-to-end global customer experience processes. Map current and future workflows, run stakeholder research and workshops, translate needs into user stories and prototypes, analyze data to inform decisions, and support change management and global adoption.

Optimize, configure, program, test and troubleshoot complex mission-critical communications systems (RF, P25, wired/wireless). Provide advanced technical support, install and maintain network/server hardware and software, collaborate with engineering/project teams, produce documentation and weekly activity reports, and perform customer-facing troubleshooting and system cutovers.
