Manage relationships with emerging mortgage brokers across Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Own the roadmap for Maestro, nesto’s AI mortgage platform. Translate complex lending workflows into PRDs, decision logic, metrics, and shipped products. Collaborate with machine learning, engineering, underwriting operations, and business stakeholders. Improve throughput, decision speed, accuracy, and operational capacity while creating feedback loops between AI outputs and expert judgment. The role requires strong structured thinking, communication, execution in ambiguity, and active use of AI tools throughout the product lifecycle.

Administer and maintain the commercial mortgage AML/ATF compliance program. Perform KYC onboarding, enhanced due diligence, beneficial ownership analysis, client risk assessments, sanctions and PEP screening, periodic reviews, and suspicious transaction reporting to FINTRAC. Maintain audit-ready compliance records, support internal audits and regulatory examinations, update procedures, and monitor evolving PCMLTFA requirements. The role requires strong analytical judgment, meticulous documentation, discretion, and bilingual French-English communication.

Lead end-to-end development of AI underwriting and lending features, including agentic workflows combining rules, LLMs, retrieval, and structured extraction. Build model evaluation and monitoring pipelines, shape AI platform architecture, review code, mentor peers, and guide technical delivery. The role requires strong Python, backend/API, software engineering, data science, and production LLM experience, with opportunities to work in regulated financial services.

Design, build and maintain automated and manual tests for Salesforce customizations (LWC, Apex, Flows). Configure test environments, write Playwright scripts for Lightning, run API tests with Postman, manage test cases in Xray/Jira, and support CI/CD and release processes to ensure regression and system test coverage.
