Support development of analytical models and long-term price forecasts for power, storage, and other energy transition sectors. Build data tools, manage large datasets, and deliver insights to clients. Work cross-functionally to customize solutions and present findings in meetings and calls.

Support end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS and employee records, assist payroll backup, prepare people metrics and dashboards, coordinate performance management documentation, and support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
