Own and resolve customer support tickets for a suite of SaaS energy products. Troubleshoot issues, validate releases, deliver product training, document solutions, coach customers on best practices, and relay product feedback to the Product Team while meeting service level targets.

Maintain and improve legacy web applications, write backend SQL and C# code, refactor and modernize systems, contribute to architecture decisions, participate in code reviews, and collaborate across the development team to improve quality and delivery.
