Manage major transportation infrastructure projects for Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors while overseeing smaller assignments and supporting other project managers. Responsibilities include client engagement, portfolio growth, proposal leadership, budgeting, resource planning, delivery governance, risk and change management, staff mentoring, business development, and industry representation. The role requires transportation project experience in Alberta, professional engineering registration, and travel within Alberta.

Support cybersecurity advisory, technology risk, and OT cybersecurity consulting engagements across critical infrastructure environments. Conduct maturity assessments, gap analyses, control reviews, client workshops, and OT network and asset assessments. Document risks, control gaps, architectures, and operating models; develop reports, control matrices, and remediation roadmaps. Contribute to project coordination, threat research, proposal development, and recommendations aligned with cybersecurity frameworks and OT safety, reliability, and continuity requirements.

Support environmental site assessment, risk assessment/management and remediation of salt, petroleum hydrocarbon, and fertilizer-impacted sites across Western and Northern Canada. Tasks include conceptual site models, data-gap analysis, risk assessment, groundwater analytical and numerical modeling, tier 2 guideline modification, remedial technology evaluation, soil vapour intrusion, regulatory communication, and working with GIS and databases.

Manage and coordinate rail and transit infrastructure projects across lifecycle phases (design through construction). Maintain schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications; support proposals, QA/QC, health and safety plans, contractor oversight, and meeting leadership to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
