The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, audits, process optimization, and compliance in a fast-paced SaaS environment, while managing payroll and accounting across multiple entities.

Own customer experience insights and optimization across Plooto’s SaaS payments platform. Analyze customer contacts, churn, payment behavior, operational data, and satisfaction metrics to identify root causes of friction. Translate findings into prioritized recommendations, automation and AI opportunities, process improvements, and product investments. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Data, Finance, and GTM to reduce customer contact, churn, and cost-to-serve while improving payment transparency and customer outcomes.

Design and deliver scalable backend services using .NET and Azure, architect distributed event-driven systems, build reliable APIs, and improve performance and resilience. Lead technical initiatives from design through production, make architecture decisions, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn ambiguous business needs into maintainable technical solutions.

Own Plooto’s cross-border payments and FX business, translating strategy into roadmaps, KPIs, pricing improvements, commercialization initiatives, and measurable growth. Lead customer adoption, FX economics, product roadmap development, strategic banking and payment partnerships, and cross-functional execution without direct authority. Analyze performance and customer insights, develop business cases, and partner with Risk and Compliance to manage regulatory and operational requirements across products, corridors, and partnerships.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will onboard accounting firms, drive client engagement with Plooto, manage accounts, and achieve growth targets.

Analyze and optimize payment-risk rules, thresholds, customer segments, and manual-review strategies. Use SQL, Python, experimentation, and decision-science techniques to reduce false positives, customer friction, operational workload, and payment losses. Investigate fraud patterns, build monitoring and reporting, evaluate risk changes, and provide practical recommendations while partnering with Risk Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
