Lead end-to-end industrial software implementation and digitalization projects for manufacturing customers. Develop plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation; coordinate cross-functional teams; manage multiple concurrent implementations; drive deployment, adoption, change management, KPI monitoring, and executive reporting to ensure timely, on-scope delivery.

Build Pragmatike's outbound sales engine: define messaging, prospect, and generate meetings with startup founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders across Europe and North America. Work directly with founders to iterate playbooks, manage your own pipeline, and grow the business in a remote, high-ownership startup environment.

Maintain and automate large-scale bare-metal infrastructure using MAAS/Ironic and Linux; design networks; automate provisioning (PXE/MAAS/Cloud-init) with Ansible/Bash/Python; deploy observability (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/Graylog/Loki); integrate APIs and manage virtualization platforms like OpenStack, Proxmox, or VMware.

Maintain and automate large-scale bare-metal infrastructure using MAAS/Ironic and Linux.
