Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on agile practices, coordinate migrations with application owners, manage risks and dependencies, maintain Jira artifacts and sprint reporting to enable predictable delivery.

Lead organizational change management for cloud migration: conduct impact analyses, develop strategic communications, design and deliver training and enablement, engage stakeholders, assess readiness, define adoption metrics, and report progress to program leadership.

Lead the design and implementation of a unified observability platform, focusing on architecting observability pipelines and implementing tools like Prometheus and Grafana on AWS.

Design and deploy scalable GenAI and NLP solutions on AWS, architect agentic AI systems, fine-tune and evaluate LLMs (LLama2), implement model orchestration and context management, integrate vector stores and APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade ML services.

Lead application migration and modernization initiatives to AWS, utilizing cloud-native practices and providing technical leadership for development teams.
