Leads DevOps and platform engineering for critical, regulated systems, including 24x7 production operations, incident response, on-call coverage, disaster recovery, and operational readiness. Serves as executive escalation point and incident commander, coordinates technical and external teams, communicates with executives, customers, and regulators, and drives SRE practices such as SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, alert optimization, post-incident reviews, and operational KPI management. Oversees AWS cloud workloads, Terraform automation, security hardening, and platform resilience.
