Sources candidates for technical and go-to-market roles by building outbound pipelines, conducting targeted research, creating personalized outreach, and tracking conversion metrics. Uses LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Ashby, and automation to generate qualified candidate pipelines. Tests sourcing strategies, follows up persistently, maintains accurate candidate records, and independently meets weekly activity and conversion goals while working Pacific Time hours.

Owns enterprise deal approvals from quote to cash, including pricing, discounts, usage commitments, payment terms, margin modeling, and legal and billing handoffs. Builds approval matrices and pricing guardrails, monitors deal metrics, and automates workflows. Partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal to structure profitable deals quickly. The role requires enterprise SaaS deal desk experience, including deals exceeding $300,000, and reports directly to the founder.

Build Retell AI’s legal function and serve as Sales’ primary partner on enterprise transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, and order forms; creating contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and turnaround SLAs; advising on voice AI issues such as consent, TCPA, AI disclosure, and use-case reviews; and managing platform terms, privacy policies, acceptable-use policies, and outside counsel.

Own Retell AI’s security and compliance program, including SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 audits; manage auditors, GRC tools, policies, vendor risk, training, security questionnaires, RFP responses, and the trust center. Partner with Engineering and Sales, support enterprise customer calls, monitor regulatory changes affecting voice AI, and build an audit-ready compliance program.

Manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline from initial candidate conversations through later interview stages. Conduct at least 30 candidate intro calls weekly, evaluate qualifications and fit, maintain organized pipeline records, partner with hiring managers, communicate consistently with stakeholders, identify pipeline gaps, and improve the candidate experience. This full-time 1099 contract role supports technical or go-to-market recruiting and requires Pacific Time availability.

Own post-launch relationships and net revenue retention across enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include driving product adoption and consumption, managing renewals and expansions, using usage data to build commercial cases, conducting QBRs, negotiating renewals, and partnering with Product and Engineering on customer blockers.
