Build customer relationships, respond to product inquiries, maintain customer records, and process orders. Serve as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives while supporting sales and project management teams. Coordinates assigned projects and provides administrative support to project managers. Maintains customer orders, enters and tracks purchase orders, expedites vendor orders, reconciles final billings, and coordinates between vendors, sales, management, and customers. Processes shop drawings and supports sales initiatives while maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.

Serves electrical distribution customers by phone and email, processes orders, inquiries, and quotations, confirms product availability, recommends alternatives, follows up on quotes, conducts outbound sales calls, and supports e-commerce inquiries. Requires inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication and organization, electrical product knowledge, computer literacy, and the ability to build customer relationships.
