Coordinates assigned projects and provides administrative support to project managers. Maintains customer orders, enters and tracks purchase orders, expedites vendor orders, reconciles final billings, and coordinates between vendors, sales, management, and customers. Processes shop drawings and supports sales initiatives while maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.

Serves electrical distribution customers by phone and email, processes orders, inquiries, and quotations, confirms product availability, recommends alternatives, follows up on quotes, conducts outbound sales calls, and supports e-commerce inquiries. Requires inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication and organization, electrical product knowledge, computer literacy, and the ability to build customer relationships.

Manage and grow commercial customer accounts, develop sales strategies, prospect and onboard new clients, maintain vendor relationships, meet sales targets, and support branch and project teams.

Lead and grow outside sales across the Calgary region by managing, coaching and supporting sales representatives. Drive revenue through strategic account management, forecasting, sales planning, and cross-department collaboration. Build brand recognition, support major accounts, assess quarterly performance, and implement strategies to improve market share and profitability.

Drive sales of electrical products in Calgary by prospecting and onboarding new accounts, growing existing accounts, maintaining a sales pipeline, conducting regular account visits, documenting activities in CRM, attending strategy meetings, and coordinating customer service across branch and project teams.

Support the Project Management team by maintaining customer project orders, entering and tracking purchase orders, expediting orders, reconciling final billings, coordinating vendors/sales/management/customers, processing shop drawings, and representing the company brand to enhance customer experience.
