Lead and evolve internal IT across a distributed, international team. Own application lifecycle, vendor and cost management, security and SOC 2 compliance efforts, onboarding/offboarding/process standardization, and helpdesk leadership. Implement scalable systems (HRIS/PSA), optimize SaaS usage, and partner cross-functionally to improve operational reliability and adoption.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will maintain AWS serverless architecture, develop backend services using Node.js and Python, manage CI/CD with Jenkins, and ensure system reliability through monitoring and logging.
