Lead and evolve internal IT across a distributed, international team. Own application lifecycle, vendor and cost management, security and SOC 2 compliance efforts, onboarding/offboarding/process standardization, and helpdesk leadership. Implement scalable systems (HRIS/PSA), optimize SaaS usage, and partner cross-functionally to improve operational reliability and adoption.

Lead and contribute to iOS and Android app development, set mobile technical direction, integrate apps with MuleSoft, Contentful and data platforms, mentor engineers, and ensure performant, secure, and testable mobile solutions across a multi-venue, cloud-native platform.
