Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, success metrics, and delivery plans for complex client engagements. Lead discovery, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, delivery, and strategy. Build trusted client relationships, facilitate workshops, mentor PMs, establish delivery standards, and resolve complex product and technical challenges. Apply AI tools such as Claude to accelerate research, discovery, synthesis, and documentation.

Design and deploy scalable data science and generative AI solutions: acquire and ETL data from S3/RedShift/Spark, analyze data quality, build/validate models (ML, NLP, networks), deploy models to production, and mentor teams while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering.

Lead AI strategy engagements, manage complex client relationships, drive discovery, and deliver actionable plans to increase business effectiveness with AI solutions.
