The Director II, Inside Sales will coach a team of sales managers, manage hiring and onboarding, support professional development, and drive a high-performance culture focusing on customer success and team collaboration.

Build and govern design system components, tokens, patterns, guidelines, AI design and code-generation workflows, and feedback loops for web and mobile products. Translate design decisions into accessible, responsive, performant, maintainable code while partnering with designers, engineers, and product managers. Establish contribution and deprecation models, evaluate AI-generated work, share effective AI workflows, and drive consistent product quality and adoption across teams.

Architect and own marketing data infrastructure, including Databricks pipelines, Gold Layer tables, semantic models, and trusted analytics foundations. Lead cross-functional data initiatives, translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions, improve reliability and quality, and mentor engineers. Build and monitor production LLM and agent systems, automate workflows with AI, and deliver high-quality Python and SQL while validating AI-generated code. Partner with Marketing, Sales, BI, Data Science, and R&D teams.

Serve as the primary post-implementation contact for top customers, craft joint success plans, run executive business reviews and workshops, mentor teammates, support French-speaking customers, and advise on customizing Samsara’s IoT platform to drive safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Design, develop, debug, and test cloud-connected firmware features (C/C++ and Go). Support and scale IoT device fleet, build observability and rollout metrics, triage customer/QA issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-ready firmware.

Lead large, ambiguous product design initiatives across multiple product areas from discovery through launch and iteration. Define interaction patterns and visual systems, engage strategic customers, partner with Product and Engineering leaders, use AI tools in design workflows, ship code across design systems, web products, and mobile apps, and mentor other designers.

Manage enterprise customers after implementation, helping them achieve business value from Samsara’s IoT platform. Develop joint success plans, lead executive business reviews and customer workshops, recommend workflow improvements, explain platform capabilities, resolve barriers, and mentor Customer Success and Support teams. Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering while supporting customers across transportation, utilities, field services, and other physical-operation industries.

Lead engineering for AI voice-agent experiences used by drivers. Define product and technical direction, build full-stack services, design agent coordination and memory systems, establish APIs and service boundaries, and evaluate AI behavior in production. Mentor engineers, document architectural tradeoffs, and introduce AI-assisted engineering practices using tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.

Lead and develop a Canada Scaled Customer Success team to drive onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals via digital scale programs. Hire and coach CSMs, manage KPIs/OKRs, improve processes and tooling, collaborate cross-functionally, and escalate high-stakes customer moments to ensure measurable customer outcomes.

Manage end-to-end implementation and adoption of Samsara’s IoT solutions for mid-market customers. Responsibilities include creating launch plans, tracking implementation progress and account health, delivering product training, demonstrating technology, resolving challenges, and coordinating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product. The role requires strong customer communication, consultative implementation skills, technical product experience, stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French.

Designs and maintains reliable data pipelines and computed tables using SparkSQL and PySpark. Integrates IoT, product, customer, external, unstructured, and ML-related data into scalable data models supporting analytics, causal inference, model training, and dashboards. The role requires ETL development, data orchestration, API integration, strong data quality and uptime, and collaboration with Data Science, AI/ML, Analytics, and engineering teams. This is a remote position for candidates residing in Canada.

Lead creative direction for digital, print, multimedia, branding, and product communications at a B2B SaaS company. Manage digital designers, own a tokenized Figma design system, prototype with AI-assisted tools, and collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and UX. Oversee projects from concept through delivery while optimizing digital experiences for engagement and conversion. Hire, mentor, and develop an inclusive, high-performing team.

Build and scale AI-enabled developer experience, CI/CD, deployment safeguards, observability, and automated response systems. The role focuses on making software delivery autonomous, safe, reliable, and easier for engineering teams to adopt. Responsibilities include architecting enterprise-scale platforms, orchestrating AI agents, reducing technical debt and operational toil, partnering with product engineering teams, and establishing AI-native SDLC workflows. The engineer will also provide technical leadership and turn emerging AI capabilities into production-ready internal platforms.

Build and operate scalable full-stack software and AI-powered products for IoT-driven physical operations. Responsibilities include defining technical strategy, developing backend services, APIs, frontend and potentially mobile features, transforming AI capabilities into customer products, partnering across functions, leading complex projects, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering standards.

Conduct AI-driven security assessments across software, hardware, and firmware; develop AI-enabled offensive and defensive security tooling; identify and remediate vulnerabilities; test LLMs, agentic workflows, and cloud environments; and guide organization-wide AI security strategy. Partner with engineering and leadership, lead threat-modeling sessions, and communicate security findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Leads legal operations initiatives, including metrics, dashboards, reporting, workflow redesign, intake management, and AI-assisted automation. The role improves scalable legal processes, manages team queues, supports contract review workflows, and partners cross-functionally to deliver operational efficiencies. It requires 5+ years of relevant operations, analytical, or technical experience, strong project management and communication skills, and hands-on experience with generative AI and legal operations tools.

Owns the three-statement financial model, monthly forecasting consolidation, long-range planning, executive and board reporting, and strategic financial analysis. Partners with Finance Systems and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning tools, forecast accuracy, and finance processes. Supports annual operating plans, financial reviews, ad hoc analysis, and AI-enabled finance systems development.

Monitor and analyze security events, lead incident response and employee investigations, conduct digital forensics, communicate findings to stakeholders, build investigation tools and automated workflows, and improve security operations processes. The role requires Python scripting, SIEM experience, cloud security knowledge across AWS and GCP, and forensic analysis across macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Build and operate MITRE ATT&CK-aligned threat detections across cloud, endpoint, identity, email, and application telemetry. Own the detection lifecycle, advance detection-as-code with Git, testing, CI/CD, and observability, and improve data ingestion and enrichment. Evaluate AI-assisted security capabilities, translate threat intelligence into detections, and partner with Security Operations during investigations and incident exercises. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, SIEM expertise, AWS and Linux knowledge, and independent project leadership.
