Provides administrative HR support for a Calgary data center infrastructure business. Maintains employee records, responds to policy and benefits questions, supports audits, reporting, payroll, onboarding, benefits enrollment, HR systems, employment verification, procurement, and employee events. The role also contributes to safety initiatives and employee committees while ensuring confidential, accurate, and compliant HR service delivery.

Generates and qualifies sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach, manages customer relationships and CRM records, supports field sales and marketing activities, prepares proposals, conducts remote presentations, nurtures leads, and develops the sales pipeline.
