Lead electrical design for substations, industrial plants and distribution systems. Perform power system studies (short circuit, coordination, arc flash, grounding), Protection and Control design, and produce deliverables (single/three-line diagrams, schematics, layouts, 3D models). Mentor junior staff, estimate engineering and capital costs, provide field support, and liaise with clients to ensure project completion and quality.

Design, manage and coordinate electrical projects including drawings, SLDs, equipment layouts, cable schedules, calculations and power system studies (arc flash) using ETAP/SKM. Support procurement, construction, commissioning and field teams, provide technical input under senior review, follow safety protocols, and direct drafting resources while providing client-focused service.

As a Senior Engineer at Spark Power, you will lead electrical design for various projects, mentor junior staff, perform engineering design, and provide technical support for substation designs. Your role will include overseeing deliverables, estimating engineering work, and supporting construction management.

The Senior Substation Design Engineer leads project teams in designing electrical substations, prepares project scope and proposals, writes specifications, performs studies using software like ETAP and CDEGS, and reviews junior engineers' work.
