Own promotional products sales from discovery through delivery, building pipelines, closing new and expansion deals, and managing customer relationships. Develop merchandise strategies, source products through vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and timelines, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Product teams to execute complex orders. Mentor team members, share promotional industry expertise, improve processes, and maintain expert knowledge of the Stadium platform.

Manage full sales cycle for mid-market accounts (100+ employees) using inbound and outbound leads. Run discovery calls and demos, qualify opportunities, forecast in HubSpot, collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams, and consistently achieve quota.
