The Director of Accounting leads the accounting team through monthly closes, oversees accounting operations, manages audits, and drives strategic finance projects while mentoring accountants.

The Senior AI/ML Engineer will develop AI systems for enterprise decision-making, focusing on LLMs and real-time data processing. Responsibilities include building detection systems, insight engines, evaluation frameworks, and collaborating with engineers to ensure robust AI product engineering.

Full‑stack software development for Tempo flagship products: implement frontend and backend features, write tests, review code, design APIs, optimize performance and scalability, work with product, design, QA, and docs teams, and operate in a remote, collaborative environment using cloud and Kubernetes.

Develop server-side applications using Kotlin and Java, collaborate with teams to enhance Atlassian plugins, and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.

Develop and maintain server-side components for Tempo's flagship Jira Cloud products using Kotlin/Java. The Senior Analytics Engineer will build and maintain data foundations for corporate reporting, translating business requirements into data models, ensuring consistent metric definitions and investigating data discrepancies for reliable reporting.
