Coordinates construction projects by supporting project managers and superintendents with scheduling, documentation, procurement, contracts, RFIs, change orders, permits, financial tracking, and close-out activities. The role manages project records, drawings, warranties, invoices, and milestone tracking while coordinating with designers, consultants, trades, clients, vendors, and municipalities to help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.

Leads multiple construction projects from design and permitting through procurement, construction, and closeout. Manages subcontractor contracts, bids, change orders, schedules, budgets, invoices, quality processes, and executive reporting. Provides team leadership, technical guidance, and process improvement while ensuring safety, constructability, and timely delivery. Requires substantial design-build experience in light industrial and commercial projects, strong financial and scheduling expertise, and knowledge of building systems, materials, and codes.
