Executes multichannel marketing plans, manages social media, supports webinars and conferences, develops sales collateral and targeted content, coordinates email campaigns, and maintains brand consistency. Partners with Sales, Clinical Leaders, and Customer Experience to understand buyer personas, generate qualified leads, and support customer communications. The role is remote, includes frequent cross-functional collaboration, and requires 5–10% travel to conferences and planning meetings.

Conduct market research, financial modeling, and go-to-market analytics for product launches, pricing, capital deployment, and regional expansion. Build ROI, IRR, margin, and P&L models; source external market data; establish pilot KPIs and measurement plans; and track customer adoption, revenue, and commercial effectiveness. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships teams while engaging customers and pilot sites to validate assumptions and refine strategies.

Build and maintain centralized business intelligence dashboards, KPI reporting, data models, pipelines, and governance processes. Integrate data from business systems into a reliable single source of truth, analyze trends and operational performance, standardize metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to department leaders and executives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong SQL and BI platform skills, data quality oversight, and occasional travel for planning or review meetings.

Develops clinically relevant enablement materials, including workflow scripts, e-learning, tutorials, simulations, and job aids. Advises internal teams on clinical education and software products, recommends clinical best practices, supports medical product initiatives, and translates complex clinical and technical information into user-focused procedures and strategies. Requires clinical healthcare experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with office and collaboration tools. Remote work includes cross-functional interaction, flexible hours, occasional travel, and customer or pilot site visits.

Leads customer-facing go-to-market pilots and proof-of-concept deployments for healthcare products. Coordinates internal teams and clinical, IT, and administrative customer stakeholders; defines pilot workflows and success criteria; manages timelines and deliverables; gathers and synthesizes feedback; measures pilot impact with Business Intelligence partners; and provides evidence-based recommendations for market expansion and commercialization.
