Lead and develop a team of Renewal Managers responsible for SaaS renewal performance, forecasting, negotiations, retention, and commercial execution. Own renewal metrics including GRR, churn, renewal rate, and forecast accuracy. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to improve customer lifecycle processes, build scalable renewal playbooks, and strengthen operational rigor. Recruit and develop talent while driving predictable, customer-centered renewal outcomes.

Lead end-to-end deployment of Tines’ workflow automation platform for public sector and federal customers. Integrate systems, configure workflows, troubleshoot production issues, train stakeholders, drive adoption, identify new use cases, and serve as the primary technical advisor. Build executive and user relationships, communicate customer insights to internal teams, and travel 20–40% to customer sites.

Lead enterprise deployments of Tines, integrating the platform with customer systems and configuring workflows. Drive adoption through training, workshops, troubleshooting, and executive communication. Identify new use cases, expand platform value, maintain strategic customer relationships, and communicate customer insights to Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams. The role requires strong Python development, production LLM and AI experience, autonomous ownership, and 20–40% travel to customer sites.
