Lead and support ERP integration and implementations for Traild’s AP automation platform (Syspro and Acumatica). Configure, test, troubleshoot integrations, provide escalated technical support, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, document solutions, and drive customer adoption and integration improvements.

The Account Manager will grow client accounts, build relationships, drive upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales and support teams.
