Performs Quality of Earnings and financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions. Responsibilities include assessing EBITDA sustainability, assets, working capital, and transaction risks; building three-statement and LBO models; supporting LOI analysis, deal structuring, diligence, and integration; managing data rooms; coordinating advisors; preparing forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and stakeholder reports; and conducting market research and valuation benchmarking.

Design and build AI-powered internal accounting tools and integrations. Own architecture, security, and code quality; translate accounting processes into production-grade backend systems; collaborate with product and accounting staff; document systems and scale tools responsibly.
