Leads marketing, proposal strategy, business development, and client pursuit activities across Canada. Manages proposal teams, capture planning, opportunity evaluation, compliance, submissions, marketing collateral, conferences, branding, dashboards, and business development reporting. Partners with Development Leaders to support strategic pursuits and revenue growth while mentoring staff, allocating resources, and managing team performance.

Develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical groundwater models to support environmental impact assessments, permitting, water treatment and remediation. Provide senior hydrogeological technical input and SME support, interpret aquifer tests and hydrogeological data, prepare and review technical reports, liaise with clients and regulators, lead proposal/business development, and mentor junior staff.
