Drives revenue growth by developing new and existing relationships with builders, agricultural customers, architects, engineers, and framers. Manages the sales pipeline, quotes, forecasts, and CRM records while positioning engineered wood and prefabricated building solutions. Conducts site visits, influences project specifications, coordinates with internal design and sales teams, supports technical estimating, and ensures customer expectations are met from inquiry through delivery.

Lead a centralized design team responsible for truss and engineered wood product designs. Oversee code-compliant, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs; review high-value projects; assign work; mentor technicians; and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with sales, operations, customers, builders, and field teams. Drive process standardization, software improvement, continuous improvement, and resolution of design issues while supporting business growth.
