Supports the Customer Experience department by streamlining processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, executing deliverables, maintaining recurring compliance-related work, and fostering collaboration across Services, Success, and Support teams. The intern will receive onboarding, mentorship, routine check-ins, and exposure to multiple teams and stakeholders while working remotely during a 14–16-week term.

Manage and optimize B2B SaaS email marketing across prospect and customer lifecycles. Own email roadmaps, calendars, nurture programs, segmentation, personalization, governance, and performance reporting. Use Marketo, 6sense, AI-enabled workflows, testing, and campaign insights to improve engagement, conversion, adoption, retention, and expansion. Collaborate with Campaigns, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Design, and other teams while ensuring messaging, AI-generated content, privacy, compliance, and deliverability standards.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers by identifying expansion opportunities, selling new modules and users, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining account plans and forecasts, engaging executives, and closing multi-stakeholder deals with 10-20% travel.
