Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and support to prioritize backlog items, resolve client escalations, and produce technical release notes ensuring accuracy and compliance for accounting professionals.

Build and maintain front-end features for small-business products using HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript, and React. Integrate interfaces with REST APIs, write tests, debug code using logs and dashboards, participate in code reviews and pair programming, and contribute to reliable, accessible, high-quality software. The role also involves exploring AI tools to improve engineering efficiency and collaborating across teams in a flexible hybrid environment.

Develop reliable C# and .NET software, build desktop interfaces with WPF and XAML, work with SQL databases, test features, debug code, monitor system health, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with senior engineers through pair programming and continuous improvement.
