The GTM Automation Specialist role involves optimizing and automating GTM processes using AI and various tools, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to improve efficiency and reporting.

Architect and maintain scalable, secure systems; champion best practices (OO, DDD, microservices); drive code quality, secure SDLC, and data-driven solutions; mentor teams; leverage AI to improve developer workflows; work with analytics and data warehouse tooling.

Design, operate, and automate AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation and serverless/container services. Build CI/CD pipelines, instrument observability, diagnose performance across Rails apps and data systems, manage databases and cost optimization, and support security/SOC‑2 compliance while partnering with developers and data engineers.

Lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting, manage month-end close, audits, multi-entity consolidations and internal controls, coach the accounting team, and use analytics and financial modelling to inform business decisions.

The QA Test Developer will maintain the automation framework and perform various testing types while ensuring quality through collaboration with development teams. Responsibilities include automated test writing, integration into CI/CD, debugging, and promoting best practices in software development processes.
