Lead enterprise architecture for strategic customer pursuits, guiding discovery with executive stakeholders and translating customer landscapes into integration plans for Zip. Build the enterprise architecture function, including reference architectures, integration matrices, security materials, and deal playbooks. Lead integration narratives across major ERP, procurement, HR, and financial systems; translate customer requirements into product roadmap inputs; and coach sales and solution engineering teams on technical positioning and executive-level architecture conversations.

Architect and standardize SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Ariba integration templates for scalable enterprise implementations. Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and account teams to align integrations with product architecture, support pre-sales solution design, analyze customer environments, and convert bespoke mappings into reusable assets. Define implementation standards, troubleshoot APIs and integration errors, document requirements, and develop expertise across ERP ecosystems and procurement processes.
