Responsibilities include technical discovery, solution design, custom demonstrations, proofs of concept, executive presentations, RFP/RFQ support, competitive analysis, and translating customer needs into product recommendations. The role partners with enterprise account executives, product managers, and engineering teams while advocating for customers and showcasing cloud, collaboration, communications, and AI solutions.
