What does our Associate Talent Program offer you? 

Our Associate Talent Program is designed for recent graduates or graduates with no more than 1.5 years of total work experience. It starts with an intensive 2-week developmental training program to ensure that you have both the soft and hard skills to hit the ground running at a client site. Our program provides you with a strong foundation of consulting methodologies, personal brand development, and client strategy on which to build a career within the Capco family. 

Examples of day-to-day experiences include: 

  • Developing an understanding of client direction, risk and issues, and project goals 
  • Preparing, facilitating, documenting, and participating in client meetings and workshops 
  • Creating high quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings 
  • Supporting the development, review and/or refinement of target solution and software architectures 
  • Performing coordination and/or analytical functions on technology projects 
  • Gathering business or system requirements, translating them into the form of user stories 
  • Working with development leads, solution architects and developers to deliver solutions in an agile environment 
  • Participating in the development of new market opportunities for Capco that will expand the business, the brand, and assist in reaching global outreach 
  • Managing project expectations and negotiating solutions by communicating alternatives 
  • Mapping business processes and APIs to support the development of project solutions 
  • Partner with development teams and business analysts to apply a technical lens to business requirements and assess the feasibility of and refine project solutions 
  • Other duties as required

Professional Qualifications: 

  • Must have or be pursuing a Business or Technology focused Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and possess a strong interest in business, financial services, technology, and/or management consulting 
  • Knowledge in software development lifecycle, system design, system integration, system migration, implementation, gather requirement, technology transformation, macro, process automation, Business Intelligence (BI) 
  • Experience working with SQL, Python, JIRA, VBA, Confluence 
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) 
  • Good understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies  
  • Willingness to work in cross-disciplined teams at client site 
  • Must be graduating in 2025 or have no more than 1.5 years experience 
  • Start date for this position is September 2025
  • Please note this position is hybrid requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada

What does our Associate Talent Program offer you?

  • Participating in the development of new market opportunities for Capco that will expand the business, the brand, and assist in reaching global outreach 
  • Managing people and client expectations, identifying conflicts, and compiling business requirements in a complete and logical manner 
  • Developing a deep understanding of the business and acting as a point of contact for clients 
  • Mapping business processes to support the development of project solutions 
  • Other duties as required
