About the Role

We're looking for an Integrated ABM Campaign Manager to develop and scale creative, targeted campaigns that engage priority accounts and drive pipeline across our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.

You'll own the strategy and execution of 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns, bringing together paid advertising, personalized content, direct mail, gifting, and coordinated Sales outreach to reach the right people at the right accounts.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to test new ideas, build integrated programs, and use data to understand what's working. You'll also partner closely with our wider ABM, Sales, and Partner Marketing team to connect campaigns with account priorities, strategic experiences, and partner-led opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated ABM campaigns across Enterprise and Mid-Market audiences.
  • Develop campaign audiences, messaging, channel plans, budgets, and success metrics based on Sales priorities and account insights.
  • Manage targeted paid advertising, particularly LinkedIn, alongside personalized landing pages and other digital ABM experiences.
  • Own direct mail, gifting, and scalable prospect engagement programs, including gifting program workflows.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM Operations to identify target accounts, build contact lists, and activate campaigns.
  • Develop coordinated Sales outreach plays and sequences with the Sales Enablement Lead to support campaign engagement and follow-up.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Content to develop relevant messaging and creative for priority audiences.
  • Collaborate with our wider Enterprise ABM, Events, and Partner Marketing teams on account-specific activations, event invitations, and joint campaigns.
  • Proactively identify new campaign opportunities based on engagement signals, account intelligence, and business priorities.
  • Track performance, test new approaches, and optimize for account engagement, meetings, pipeline creation, and progression.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a background in building ABM campaigns for both net-new acquisition and customer expansion.
  • Experience independently developing and executing multi-channel campaigns from strategy through measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn advertising, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with personalized landing page platforms like Userled or Mutiny.
  • Experience with direct mail, gifting, personalization, or other creative account engagement tactics and platforms like Reachdesk or Sendoso.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing campaigns support Sales engagement and pipeline generation.
  • Comfortable working with data, testing new ideas, and using performance insights to improve results.
  • Organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing to technical or Enterprise B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Clay, or Common Room.
