Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starting sales professional who is super-charged of taking our groundbreaking technology products to the market. This is an exciting role in a hyper-growth unicorn that is transforming the automotive industry. You will be accountable for generating and maximizing sales revenue goals and increasing customer awareness within a defined territory. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful, trusted relationships with dealer principals, department heads, and management 
  • Identify and qualify prospective dealer partners 
  • Utilize your technology and industry expertise to understand unique dealer needs and identify ways that Tekion can enhance their business performance 
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to sell Tekion’s suite of products and ensure customer adoption, success and rapid value achievement 
  • Meet and exceed sales goals 

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS, or automotive software sales experience, ideally DMS (Dealer Management System) with experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-million-dollar contracts 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen and ability to be a brand ambassador for Tekion 
  • 50 Minimum In-Person Cold Calls Per Month with Preplanned itinerary 
  • Strong dealer-reference base 
  • Team player who collaborates with internal stakeholders to maximize opportunities 
  • Ability to travel 50-75%
