The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our North America SMB division called "ezyCollect by Sidetrade" Sales team and focus on our SMB customers. This segment represents a great opportunity for Sidetrade. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, predictable revenue growth from new business through value selling in your respective territory. You will collaborate with business development, marketing, solution consulting and customer success to win new customers.


Requirements

What you'll be doing

  • You will be a key player to drive net new business sales into SMB accounts
  • Educate people over the phone, earn the prospect’s trust, gain a deep understanding of the prospect’s business goals and articulate our SaaS software benefits with the prospect’s context
  • Manage the sales cycle from the conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing a deal on the long term
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years relevant work experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS Business Software
  • You are competitive and driven to achieve goals
  • You are articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style
  • You have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
  • You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient
  • You have a Master degree in business administration, sales or marketing
