How do we work?

Our North American Sales Department has recently restructured to maximize client conversion and drive growth. The Onboarding Team is focused on moving clients through our registration funnel, from the initial application stage to a "Ready for Funding" (RFF) stage. We work closely with our global account processing team to process client applications in a timely and efficient manner. Our goal is to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for our new clients.

While the role is mostly remote, we would like you to be in the office for the first two weeks to provide you with the best possible onboarding.

In this role you will:

  • Work with the New Accounts department to assist customers in completing account opening documents.

  • Answer client questions about OANDA's products and services.

  • Provide exceptional support to existing customers regarding all aspects of the trading experience.

  • Document all client communications in Salesforce®.

  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings.

  • Work to company policies, processes, procedures, and standards.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role? 

  • Minimum of 1 years of phone-based sales experience.

  • Excellent English written, and oral communication skills are mandatory.

  • Intermediate Spanish.

  • Self-driven passion for understanding forex and cryptocurrency markets.

  • Committed to continuous learning and obtaining necessary certifications.

Nice to have:

  • Demonstrated desire and willingness to continually upgrade skills and training with regards to financial markets, combined with an interest in international events.

  • Experience with Salesforce®.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
