The Opportunity!

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will operate at the forefront of complex commercial insurance - partnering with sophisticated clients and senior insurer stakeholders. You’ll work in lockstep with elite broking teams, administration, and Producers to deliver a white-glove client experience, serving as the trusted, go-to for your clients.

We’re looking for a proven commercial insurance professional with deep commercial lines expertise - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and wants to be on the leading edge of Commercial Insurance. What you will bring to the role –

  • Level 2 General Insurance License is required.

  • 1-3 years of client-facing commercial insurance experience, with direct responsibility for commercial accounts.

  • Proven ability to lead renewal planning and marketing strategy for sophisticated clients, including insurer negotiations and managing timelines/priorities.

  • Confident, polished communication skills with the ability to advise senior client contacts

  • Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-through.

  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment managing multiple competing priorities.

  • Proficiency in Epic is an asset but not required
