As an Accountant Senior, you’ll ensure accurate financial reporting for North America Tire, handling month-end close, inter-company consolidation, inventory, revenue recognition, and financial analysis.
What you'll do
Provide all assigned periodic reports/information in accordance with deadlines (including monthly operating report (MOR), sales and operations planning (SOP) and the annual operating plan (AOP), required timeline and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) quarterly reviewed documents.
Create analytical analyses for (internal) senior/executive management.
Create and/or support 10_KQ disclosures
Document, test and review corporate SOX mandates/documents.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related business field.
Proven Payroll Experience.
2 or more years of experience in accounting and financial analysis (preferably in a large corporate, manufacturing organization, and/or a public accounting firm).
Demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, SAP, and Hyperion Essbase.
Ability to support accounting/finance decisions with logical evidence and persuasively present position.
Strong communication skills when presenting reports.

Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
Interpersonal skills that establish/maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly.
